In 2025, for the third consecutive year, Cultish Studio returned to Arles during the Rencontres de la Photographie with ROOTS, a contemporary art exhibition exploring identity, heritage and cultural transmission.

Conceived by Publicis Luxe through its cultural platform Cultish, the project made the idea of roots its creative territory: what anchors us, shapes us, haunts us or slips away, and how those origins are told, reshaped and passed on.
At the heart of the exhibition was a series of intimate dialogues between contemporary artists and the agency's creative talents.
Curated by Cultish studio and staged within the atypical venue of Les Collatéraux, ROOTS became a symbolic house to be inhabited, where intimacy became shareable and memory became material.
